Cancellation and Returns Policy (NON-SHOWROOM SALES ONLY)
 You may cancel your order for any reason and return products by giving due notice* any time within 7 working days** from the day after the day on which the products were delivered. This includes products which are found to be defective or damaged upon inspection within the same time limit. Please also read our Delivery Policy. Please note that (except in the case of defective or damaged products) any goods that have been made to your specification or personalised in some way, or installed by you or your fitter, cannot be returned. Refund of the price: If you do cancel your order, we promise to return to you as soon as possible all sums paid to us in respect of the products returned, together with any original delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if other products originally supplied are not returned). Costs of the return: In all cases where you decide to return goods (other than because they are defective or damaged) and have given due notice, you must pay the cost of returning them, preferably in their original packing (if at all possible) and condition, within 30 days of notifying The Kitchen Appliance Store of the cancellation. This cost is non-refundable. We can arrange to do this for you but we will pass this charge on to you. We will advise the collection charge at the time of cancellation. Our collection charge is between £50 and £200 (inc vat) and is dependent upon the size of the product and your location. Repackaging will be charged at £25 inc vat per item. Pending return of products (for whatever reason) you are under a duty to take care of them while in your possession and to take reasonable care to see that they are not damaged in transit upon return.
